Our one and two–bedroom Luxury Partial Seaview Villas have personal verandas facing the Caribbean and are situated on the first floor, 100 feet from the beach, steps away from either of our two infinity pools and nestled in lush tropical landscapes.
The two-bed, two-bath Villas have a master bedroom with king-size bed and ensuite bathroom and a second bedroom with queen bed and adjoining bathroom. The one-bed, one-bath Villas have King-size bed with en-suite bathroom. Two-bedroom Villas, with loft space and 2 additional single beds, are available. They offer approximately 1000 square foot of living space. The Villa verandas include table and chairs for your relaxation, enjoyment and dining, if you choose, while offering areas of sunshine and shade all day. The interior includes a double sofa bed in the main living area.
Luxury Seaview Villas
Our one and two bedroom Luxury Seaview Villas are situated on the second floor, have personal verandas facing the Caribbean and are setback about 100 feet from the beach overlooking one of our two infinity pools and the lush gardens, affording magnificent views of the Caribbean.
The two-bed, two-bath Villas have a master bedroom with king-size bed and ensuite bathroom and a second bedroom with queen bed and adjoining bathroom. Luxury Seafront Villas
Our one and two bedroom Luxury Seafront Villas are situated directly on the beach, have personal verandas offering uninterrupted views of the Caribbean. The first-floor Seafront Villas have steps leading down from the veranda directly onto the beach and your awaiting sunlounger. The second-floor Seafront Villas offer an exclusive experience from your personal veranda, affording incredible views of the Caribbean and ideal for skies at sunrise and nocturnal views of the starry skies.

This Luxury Seafront Villa is situated directly on the beach. It has a wraparound veranda offering uninterrupted views of the Caribbean, with table and chairs for your enjoyment. This second floor villa offers an exclusive experience affording incredible views of the Caribbean, and ideal for skies at sunrise and nocturnal views of the starry skies and the beautifully illuminated pier at Chabil Mar.
This Villa offer approximately 1200 square foot of living space and, like all luxury Seafront Villas, has a main bedroom with King bed and en-suite bathroom. It can be converted to two-bed, two-bath Villa with second bedroom including a Queen bed and adjoining bathroom.
Luxury Honeymoon Suite
This Luxury Seafront Villa Suite is situated directly on the beach and includes a wraparound veranda, offering uninterrupted views of the Caribbean, with table and chairs for your relaxation, enjoyment or private dining, if you choose.
The Honeymoon Suite is exquisitely appointed with incredible interior design elements including marble floors, bath and shower, a four post king sized bed in approximately 1000 square foot of living space. In addition, a private walkway leads to the “Palm Tree Tile Floored” infinity swimming pool for your pleasure. For all romantic occasions!
