With these standard rooms you have a choice of the first or second floor equipped with a double and a single bed, air conditioning, ceiling fan, coffee maker, bathroom with hot/cold shower. These rooms feature a patio and are privately situated with views to our tropical grounds and just off the main pathway to the beach views.

Booking Details

All prices are listed are per night and in U.S. Dollars
9% Hotel Taxes and 10% Service Charge are additional
Check-in time: 2:00pm and Check-out time: 11:00 am
Five night minimum stay required during Peak Season
Transfers from Placencia airstrip to Resort is US$7.5 one way for 2 persons
Payment Policy

Low and High Season: A 20% deposit is required upon booking to guarantee room reservations. The balance is due 30 days prior to arrival. If a booking is made 30 days or less prior to arrival, then full payment is required.

Peak Season: A 50% deposit is required upon booking to guarantee room reservations. The balance is due 45 days prior to arrival. If a booking is made 45 days or less prior to arrival, then full payment is required.

Cancellation Policy

A full refund less US$100 administrative fee if cancellation is received 60 days prior to arrival; A refund of 50% less US$100 administrative fee if cancellation is received 45 days prior to arrival; No refund if 45 days or less. All credit card refunds carry a 3% handling fee. If deposit was made in cash or cheque then refund is less US$100.00 only. This cancellation policy applies to any reason for cancellation with no exceptions.
