In-Water Portion With Seahorse Dive Shop

Compete your in-water training in the warm waters of Belize with Seahorse Dive Shop. Once at the dive shop your instructor will give you an e-Learning Quick Review to confirm you understand the safety materials from the course. After which, you will need to complete the required skills in confined water (pool-like conditions), then repeat those skills in 4 open water dives. After completing the in-water portion of the course you will become PADI Open Water certified and be able to dive anywhere in the world.

Complete The In-Water Portion Of The Course In 2 Days

Day 1

Confine Water Plus Dives 1 and 2

You will complete the confine session of the course, where you will learn underwater skills for safe diving. These are done in the shallow bay of one of the Cayes (7ft/2m). After completing the confine water skills, you will do a shallow shore dive from the beach for dive 1 (24ft/8m), then after lunch a boat dive for dive 2 (40ft/12m). These are done on our Local Reef Dive at either the Silk Cayes or Laughing Bird Caye.

Day 2

Complete Dives 3 and 4

You will log dives 3 and 4 to complete the required dives for your certification. These are two boat dives at a depth of 60ft/18m and are also done on our Local Reef  Dives. After completing these dives you will be PADI Open Water Certified and your certification will be recognized worldwide.

If you're visiting with family and friend, they would be able to join you both days on the same boat as certified divers or snorkelers.
