Rooms Rate Policy – All rates are in US Dollars and based on Double occupancy. There is an extra charge for any additional person in the room more than double occupancy. (2 persons). There is an additional 9% hotel tax on all the above rates and an additional 6% adminstrative fee. Deposits - All reservations at Seaspray Hotel require a 50% deposit in order to confirm your stay.
